Custom Arrangement Policy & Holding Fees

At Foliage, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom plant arrangements with care and attention to detail. To ensure every order is delivered in optimal condition, we’ve outlined the following policy regarding production timelines, shipping, and delays.

Production Timeline

• Custom arrangements are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days to prepare, depending on order volume and material availability.
• For larger or corporate orders (25+ arrangements), timelines will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Finalizing Details

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information (including full mailing addresses, unit numbers, recipient names, etc.) by the mutually agreed-upon deadline.
• Orders will not ship until all required information is received and verified.

Living Materials

All of our arrangements include living plants that require care and maintenance. Once completed, they must be shipped or picked up promptly to ensure plant health and quality.

Delays Due to Client Inaction

If an order cannot be shipped due to missing or incomplete information provided by the client (e.g., missing addresses, delivery instructions, or recipient details), the following will apply:

• Grace Period: A 3-day grace period will be allowed after the order is completed.
Holding Fee: A holding fee of $75 per day will be applied beginning on Day 4 after completion if the order remains unshipped due to client delay.
• This fee covers the ongoing care, space, and resources required to maintain the completed arrangements until they are shipped.

Abandoned Orders

If a completed order is delayed more than 10 business days with no response or update from the client, Foliage reserves the right to:
• Cancel the order with no refund, or
• Donate or repurpose the arrangements at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Custom arrangements are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Cancellations must be made in writing before production begins to qualify for a refund, minus any administrative or design planning fees incurred.
