Shipping Policy

Shipping Information
We’re proud to offer shipping across Canada! To ensure your plants arrive safely and efficiently, we ship using Canada Post (Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel), UPS Express, and Purolator. The carrier and shipping method are selected at our discretion, based on the best balance of cost, delivery time, and reliability.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

If you have specific shipping requests—such as delaying your shipment or coordinating delivery timing—please let us know at the time your order is placed, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We carefully monitor shipping costs and will contact you for approval if your order incurs higher-than-usual shipping charges before moving ahead.

Shipping Time
Expect your plant to arrive within 5 to 15 business days. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid the risk of your plant sitting at the post office over the weekend. Orders placed by Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday, so please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery date.

Cold Weather Shipping
Winter weather can be unpredictable, and our top priority is ensuring your plants arrive safely. To prevent cold damage, we may temporarily hold shipments if temperatures along the route pose a risk. Orders are prioritized as soon as conditions improve, and we closely monitor the forecast to ship at the earliest safe opportunity. If there’s a chance your package could be delayed over the weekend or encounter extreme cold, we may adjust the shipping schedule accordingly.

Orders typically ship within 5 to 15 business days, but severe weather may cause additional delays. We strive to ship only when temperatures in your region are above 0°C and include a complimentary heat pack during the cooler months to keep your plants warm in transit.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend monitoring your tracking information and arranging for someone to receive the package promptly to prevent exposure to the cold. If you experience any issues upon delivery, please email us with photos within 24 hours of receipt.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take every precaution to keep your green companions safe on their journey!

Plant Care After Shipping
Travel can be tough on plants! When your plant arrives, it may show signs of stress as it adjusts to its new environment. With proper lighting and watering, it should bounce back in no time. We recommend waiting at least two weeks before potting or fertilizing to avoid adding any extra stress to your new plant.

We take great care in packaging all plants to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your plant doesn’t look healthy upon arrival, please email us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
