Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping across Canada.  We use Canada Post xpresspost, expedited parcel, and UPS express shipping.  Once the order is shipped you will receive the tracking number.

Shipping Time
Expect your plant to arrive within 4 to 9 business days. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the chance that your order has to sit at the post office over the weekend.  All orders received by Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday. Please make note of this when ordering your plant as it may change the expected delivery date.

Cold Weather
If you order a plant during the cooler months, we will include a complimentary heat pack to your order.

Plant Care
Traveling can be stressful.  Once you receive your plant, it may look a little stressed while it adjusts to its new home.  Provide proper lighting and watering for the plant and it should bounce back very soon.  We do not recommend transplanting or using fertilizer within the first two weeks of your plant(s) arrival, which may add additional stress.

All the plants are packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery. Things happen during transit and if your plant is not doing well on arrival, please send us an email with a photo within 48 hrs from when the plant was delivered.
