Return Policy

At Foliage, we want you to feel confident bringing new plants into your space. We carefully select and care for every plant in our shop and are always happy to provide guidance and support along the way.

Due to the living nature of plants, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on plants. Every environment is different, and factors such as lighting, temperature, humidity, and care routines can affect how a plant adapts in its new home.

If your plant is showing signs of distress after purchase, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to offer care recommendations and troubleshooting support.

For non-plant items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note that gift cards and sale items are final sale.
