Our goal at Foliage is to ensure everyone is happy and satisfied with their new plant. We are always here for you in your plant journey. Due to the sensitive nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges of plants.

As plants are living things, we cannot 100% guarantee that any plant will thrive in your space. We work hard to choose the healthiest plants for our store, provide detailed care information, and have plant care supplies available in the store to give you a great start on your plant journey.
Once the plant leaves our store, we are not responsible for its behaviour. If you see any signs of distress, please contact us right away, so we can help you.
All other items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. The products must be unopened, with price tags still on, and in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or sale items.
