Return Policy

At Foliage, our goal is to ensure you are completely happy with your new plant! We’re here to support you on your plant journey every step of the way. However, due to the sensitive nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any plants.

Since plants are living beings, we can’t guarantee that every plant will thrive in your specific environment. We take great care in selecting the healthiest plants for our store and provide detailed care instructions along with offering a variety of plant care supplies to help you get off to a great start. Once a plant leaves our store, we cannot be held responsible for its condition or behaviour. If you notice any signs of distress, please reach out to us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

For all other items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please remember to bring the original receipt, and ensure that products are unopened, have their price tags still attached, and are in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on gift cards or sale items. Thank you for your understanding!
