Calathea 'Freddie' (Calathea concinna) has shiny and elongated leaves that close up in the night similar to other plants in the Marantaceae family. The rhythmic stripes of light and dark greens is very pleasing to the eyes. As with other Calatheas, this plant will thrive with increased humidity.
